At Real Life Options we recognise that each individual is different and has their own needs, wants and ideas on how to live their life.
As people transition through life, we also know that their needs change, dependent on the support required and the lifestyle they want to live. For the last three decades, we have provided specialist, individualised support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism including people affected by mental health issues, physical disabilities and dementia.
With this experience, we understand the importance of time specific needs and have the flexibility and know-how to adapt as people’s support requirements evolve. Regular support reviews provide an ideal opportunity to look ahead and ensure that all future needs will be met. We are committed to providing ‘best-in-class’ support by working in partnership with sector leading bodies and by investing in staff learning and development through the Real Life Options Skills Academy.
