Good health and wellbeing is fundamental to getting the most out of life. As people transition through life, we support them as their circumstances, needs and aspirations change. At Real Life Options we work with individuals, their families and health and social care professional teams to ensure that they have the support to remain healthy, feel safe in their home and their communities, and live a life that positively contributes towards their general wellbeing.
To ensure continued health, safety and wellbeing, we regularly review all support received in line with current support needs and routinely ask for feedback on our services. We have robust quality assurance systems in place to encourage the continual development of support packages. Detailed reports provided by our regulators, the Care Quality Commission in England and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland demonstrate how we perform against the standards for the quality of service provision. Our staff teams and internal quality assurance partners work closely with these bodies to learn, improve and share best practice.
