My View: Provides access to your employee account where you can view and download your payslips and update your personal details. You will need your employee number and password to login.
Skills Academy: This is your online learning and development portal. You will need your email address and your password to login once you’ve been invited to use the platform.
Real Rewards: Is a dedicated portal offering a range of employee benefits from discounted shopping and wellbeing resources to an online gym and financial planning advice. To login, your user name is RLO followed by your employee number. You will also need your password.
Real Talk: When you join Real Life Options, you will be invited to join Real Talk, our dedicated company app. where we share good practice, important news updates and where you can connect with colleagues across the organisation. To use the app. you will need your email and password to login.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): The EAP offers a wide range of benefits for you and your family’s health, wellbeing and piece of mind ranging from access to 24/7 medical advice to legal advice and support. You will need a generic password and user name to login which is available within the monthly staff Wellbeing Newsletter, from your Manager or the HR admin support team.
