My Voice Survey Results – How We Support People
Thursday 16 December, 2021We are pleased to share with you the results of our new quarterly My Voice survey. It is the first survey in a series designed to give the people we support and their families and guardians a real voice with the organisation. It enables us to build a clearer insight into the thoughts and feelings of the people we work for and helps influence decisions and shape priorities to improve our services for the future.
We were grateful to receive surveys from 132 people we support and 34 family members and guardians so we would like to thank the 166 respondents for their time. The results were overwhelmingly positive and we received fantastic feedback and praise centred around the high-quality levels of support provided by attentive staff whose person centred approach was instrumental enabling independent living.
