People First: What We Heard in Our My Voice 2024 Survey

Every voice matters, especially the voices of those we support. That’s why we’re proud to share the results of our latest My Voice: Supporting People survey.

With feedback from 188 people we support and 102 family members and guardians, this year’s survey offers honest insight into what’s working well, and what still needs improvement.

90% of people we support say they always get the support they need to stay healthy
87% feel supported to look and feel their best
54 people want to join the My Voice Working Group

We’re listening and taking action. These insights help guide service development, training and support planning across the organisation.
