People supported by Real Life Options have been working closely with Michael Slimmings of Incontrol able to achieve their aspirations of finding work.
The course entitled ‘CV2Employee’, includes working on CV’s to assist people to find the right work for them. In addition, participants are supported to develop their One Page Profiles and explore their hopes and dreams – assisting participants to end up exacty where they want to be. Rachel from Hartlepool (in picture right) has recently completed a piece of work with Incontrol able, which has been documented from start to finish on their Facebook site.
A statement from Incontrol able said: “What an amazing day at CV2Employee service today! First was Rachel, who can be seen showing off her flower template, one-page profile, easy read CV, dream jobs, interview tips and finally, her mock interview DVD! Phew! Thank you for all your hard work Rachel and best wishes for the future.“
