What the Regulators say

In England and Scotland, Real Life Options is regulated by the independent regulator of health and social care. In England, this is the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and in Scotland the Care Inspectorate. Their ratings provide you with a clear statement on the quality of the support and care we provide. Their reports provide up-to-date information about registered services, inspection reports, ratings or grades and provide additional insights from inspectors, individuals and family members.

In England, 95% of our services are rated good or above by the CQC.  In Scotland, 93% of our services are rated good or above by the Care Inspectorate.

This will link you to the correct page on the CQC website, where you can download the full inspection reports.

If you would like to access Care Inspectorate reports for our services in Scotland, click on the Scotland tab below.  Scroll through the list of services and click on the word ‘registered’ within the icon below the service name.
