Meet the Board

Our Board of Trustees know how important it is that Real Life Options is well-led by its Leadership Team. They are committed to ensuring that decision making and forward planning is in the best interests of the organisation and the people we support. See below for a snapshot of why they offer their time as a Trustee and what they bring to the role.

David Wilkin – Chair of the Board

“Being involved with an organisation where staff at all levels are dedicated to providing a real choice, a real voice and making a real difference to the lives of the people we support and the people around them, is reason enough for giving the time I do to support our organisation.

As an experienced Executive, Non-Executive Director and Trustee, the vast proportion of my working life was spent in commercial organisations leading and creating an environment for people to achieve their potential. Our founder, David Wandless, was very astute in naming the organisation as he did – Real Life Options. It is a privilege and an honour to be a Trustee and Chair.”
