It is important that people feel happy and loved and that they enjoy positive friendships and relationships. At Real Life Options, we support and encourage active participation from a person’s circle of support to enable them to have a sense of belonging and to feel valued.
Through relaxed meet and greet sessions, we’ll work directly with people and ideally their families and existing support network or health and social care professionals to get to know each other better and to match staff with similar hobbies and interests.
The people we support are actively involved when recruiting new team members and influential in any decisions made in connection with their support. We support and enable individuals to maintain and develop relationships with their family members, their circle of friends and people in the wider community.
