Home is where the heart is. It is our safe space, a place where we belong and where we can express our personality. Real Life Options supports thousands of people across the UK to live as independently as possible in their own homes, supporting their every day choices about their home environment and the way they live their lives.
We provide support in a variety of settings and environments including independent living in people’s own homes, flats or bungalows, supervised complexes or in shared accommodation. Support may be shared or delivered on a one to one basis, depending on whether people live on their own or with other people. Where practical, we utilise assistive technologies within the home environment to aid accessibility, improve communication and support greater independence.
In addition to Supported Living services, Real Life Options supports people in residential care settings. We offer respite and short breaks for individuals whose families may need a helping hand in supporting their loved ones to live a healthy, safe and meaningful life. We also provide support in community environments where people have access to clubs, activities and facilities that meet their needs and interests and lead to greater choice and independence.
