David Sargent to Step Down as Group CEO of Real Life Options Group
Friday 16 May, 2025Real Life Options Group today announces that David Sargent will be stepping down later in the year from his position as Group Chief Executive Officer.

David joined the organisation with a clear mandate: to drive key transformational changes and position Real Life Options Group and its subsidiaries for their next stage of growth. He has ensured that Real Life Options Group and its subsidiaries place people at the centre of a positive and sustainable charitable business. Having successfully achieved these goals, David feels it is the right time to pass on the leadership as the Group continues its journey of development and impact.

Under David’s leadership, Real Life Options Group has strengthened its operations, enhanced its strategic direction and laid strong foundation for future success. His focus on driving quality, sustainability, and positive change has made a lasting impact across the organisation. He remains a passionate supporter of the social care sector and looks forward to staying connected with it in the future.
