Michelle’s Distinction in Health and Social Care Management

Congratulations to Michelle O’Neil for Achieving Distinction in Health and Social Care Management!

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of Michelle O’Neil, who has earned a distinction in her Level 5 Health and Social Care Management course through Learning for Excellence.

Michelle’s journey with Real Life Options began in 2021, when she joined as a relief worker. Prior to this, Michelle dedicated 35 years of her career to elderly care, where she developed a deep passion for supporting others. Since joining Real Life Options, Michelle has loved spending time with the individuals we support, helping them build their skills, and finding immense reward in her work. She describes the support from the Real Life Options team as “amazing.”

Michelle is rightfully proud of her distinction, and so are all of us at Real Life Options! She shared, “I am so proud of achieving a distinction. Working full time while studying is hard, but Real Life Options has really invested in and supported my development.”

Now, Michelle plans to take a break from formal learning to focus on her role. She is keen to apply her newly learned skills to her current position and, while she has ambitions to progress into management, she is excited to continue growing within the team at Real Life Options.
