My Voice – Sexuality and Relationships Survey Results

We are pleased to share with you the results of our latest My Voice Survey which focuses on Sexuality and Relationships.

We received eleven completed online surveys, which is the lowest response rate that we have had to the My Voice surveys to date. This didn’t really come as a surprise, as we acknowledge that the subject of sexuality and relationships can be a difficult topic to discuss with people we support.

The smaller response rate, suggests that there is still work to be done on supporting the people to understand sexuality and enabling them to partake in healthy sexual relationships, should they choose.

To help combat these issues moving forward we will offer training to our support teams to give them confidence to discuss challenging topics. We will make links with professional organisations who can provide information to help answer personal questions.
