As an experienced Executive, Non-Executive Director and Trustee, the vast proportion of my working life was spent in commercial organisations leading and creating an environment for people to achieve their potential. Our founder, David Wandless, was very astute in naming the organisation as he did – Real Life Options. It is a privilege and an honour to be a Trustee and Chair.”

Anna Rymarczyk is a Strategic HR Leader with a strong commitment to inclusion, dignity, and person-centred support. She began her career in community and residential care, where she saw the impact of compassionate support on individuals and families. As a parent and sibling of neurodivergent family members, and as a neurodivergent leader herself, Anna brings lived experience, empathy, and a deep understanding of tailored support.
Professionally, she has led major change programmes across HR, technology, and governance, with experience in risk, systems, and organisational development. Anna is dedicated to amplifying lived experience and helping Real Life Options deliver meaningful, independent lives for the people it supports.

Liam Cutkelvin is a strategic leader in marketing and communications with a passion for dignity, voice, and positive representation for people who draw on support. With a background spanning journalism and senior roles across the private and third sectors, he has helped organisations shape their message, strengthen their reputation, and connect meaningfully with communities. Inspired by Real Life Options’ commitment to person-centred support, Liam brings both professional expertise and personal perspective as a parent. He believes in the power of compassionate support to transform lives, create opportunities, and help people live in a way that reflects their choices and aspirations.
Liam says, “I am honoured to join the Board of Trustees. I want to help share the positive impact of Real Life Options and ensure families, including my own, feel hopeful about the future and confident that people will always be supported to live with dignity and care.”
