At Real Life Options we understand the importance of having easy access to information when making decisions around social support and care. To help you make an informed choice, we provide a range of information detailing how the charity operates and performs in order to be as transparent and helpful as possible.
At Real Life Options we continuously collate information and feedback using consultations, surveys and internal reporting. This process improves our understanding of how we are performing and allows us to continually improve the way we deliver support and transform our working environments for the better.
Through Support Plan reviews we routinely ask the people we support for their feedback which is collated into an Easy Read report. Honest feedback from the people we support is vital for us to continually improve and ‘get it right’ in delivering excellent support and care.
In our latest survey, 97% of respondents told us they are happy with the support they receive from Real Life Options. Click on the tab below to access the most recent survey results.
At Real Life Options, we are committed to providing a workplace environment where people feel valued and where they are supported to reach their potential.

In England and Scotland, Real Life Options is regulated by the independent regulator of health and social care. Their reports provide up-to-date information about registered services, inspection reports, ratings or grades and provide additional insights from inspectors, individuals and family members.
