In England, this is the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and in Scotland the Care Inspectorate. Their ratings provide you with a clear statement on the quality of the support and care we provide. Their reports provide up-to-date information about registered services, inspection reports, ratings or grades and provide additional insights from inspectors, individuals and family members.
In England, 95% of our services are rated good or above by the CQC. In Scotland, 93% of our services are rated good or above by the Care Inspectorate.
