At Real Life Options, we welcome values-driven and motivated people to work with us in delivering excellent social support and care. Whether your role is to support individuals in their home or in the community, or to provide essential business support for operational colleagues, you’ll be working with people that are dedicated and passionate about what they do.
Real Life Options team members are skilled-communicators, who listen to the people we support and champion their choices. They look for creative solutions in supporting greater independence and opportunities for increasing community involvement.
Whatever your role, you’ll have the same opportunity to learn and develop in a workplace environment where honesty and respect are valued. You’ll be encouraged to enable people to achieve their potential by collaborating with others in your team and across the wider organisation.
Real Life Options’ expanding support staff join us from a variety of backgrounds and from all walks of life, bringing a wealth of experience, qualities and skills. Some individuals choose to work in health and social care from leaving school whilst others make it a career choice later in life. Whilst experience may be desirable for certain roles, we invest in first class training for individuals who are willing to learn and who have a positive approach and a can-do attitude.
Joining Real Life Options as a Support Team member, you’ll have regular contact with the people we support. Your role will be to ensure that people have access to facilities and new experiences, and are supported to live a life with choices and one that is free from harm. Support Team roles include Support Workers, Supported Living Leads, and Team Coordinators led by Service Managers and Heads of Operations. In addition, Support Team colleagues are assisted by operations focused administrative and quality assurance personnel.
Real Life Options’ Business Support team consists of enthusiastic, approachable and dedicated individuals who, like their operational Support Team colleagues, are values driven and champion the aims of Real Life Options and the people we support.
Business Support team members provide a range of administrative, professional and leadership expertise across the organisation’s business functions. Colleagues working in these roles are instrumental in ensuring that Support Team colleagues have functional support and are provided with an infrastructure that aids them in delivering excellent social support and care.
