Joining Real Life Options is the first step in an exciting journey of personal and professional development. We recognise that everyone is unique, so we offer different pathways to training and development dependent on your learning style including e-learning courses, workshops, peer support and on-the-job development.
Through Real Learning, you’ll have access to learning, knowledge and skills focused on supporting people with differing disabilities in a variety of environments. There will also be mandatory and contractual learning to help you become more competent in your role. We enable our staff to take ownership of their own learning, to be passionate about their job role and to support others to develop too.
