Through our Skills Academy, you’ll have access to learning, knowledge and skills focused on supporting people with differing disabilities in a variety of environments. There will also be mandatory and contractual learning to help you become more competent in your role. We enable our staff to take ownership of their own learning, to be passionate about their job role and to support others to develop too,
