My View:  Provides access to your employee account where you can view and download your payslips and update your personal details. You will need your employee number and password to login.

Real Learning:  This is your online learning and development portal. You will need your username and your password to login.

Vivup: Is a dedicated portal offering a range of employee benefits from discounted shopping and wellbeing resources to an online gym and financial planning advice. To login, type in your email and password. If you need any support gaining access please contact the People Team.

Real Talk:  When you join Real Life Options, you will be invited to join Real Talk, our dedicated company app. where we share good practice, important news updates and where you can connect with colleagues across the organisation. To use the app. you will need your email and password to login.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP):  The EAP offers a wide range of benefits for you and your family’s health, wellbeing and piece of mind ranging from access to 24/7 medical advice to legal advice and support. To log in you will need the organisational access code, please contact the People Team to request this.
