My Voice Wellbeing Survey – Feeling Safe

Real Life Options would like to invite the people we support to complete the latest My Voice Survey.
In one of the last surveys, some people answered about feeling safe in their home and we wanted to get a better understanding of what this meant to people.
The questions in the survey are categorised under one key area, feeling safe. This is a key essential that contributes towards living a full and happy life.
We encourage all the people we support to complete the survey, it doesn’t matter whether you have filled in the surveys in the past. Everyone’s views and opinions are important, and your feedback can influence decisions and help shape the support we provide.

If you prefer to fill in an Easy Read survey, you can download a form here and then return the completed form to your support staff, or local Real Life Options service. If you would like to take part in the survey but would like some support to fill in the form, please speak to your Real Life Options support staff who will be happy to help.
