This year RLO will be having a stand at all 4 conferences and delegates will be able to create a quick one page profile. We’re hoping that at the Conservative Party Conference the Prime Minister will stop by to talk to people supported by RLO and find out more about what good support looks like.
Lowland Care is working in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Council, Association for Real Change Scotland (ARCS), Loreburn Housing Association (LHA) and Helen Sanderson Associates (HSA) to pilot person-centered practice in a home care setting, using person-centred assessment and related tools to completely redefine home care delivery and align it to individuals' aspirations using self directed support.
